Transcript Request

Use this form to submit transcript requests for Saint John Vianney Theological Seminary in Denver, Colorado. Transcript requests are processed through the Office of the Registrar for the time period Fall 1999 through present. There is no fee for sending transcripts, which will be sent by USPS in a sealed envelope. Requests are generally processed within 2 business days.

Per SJV policy, the Seminary does not withhold transcripts or diplomas from current or former students for any reason, including any debt owed to SJV. In accordance with C.R.S. 23-5-113.5(4), individuals having problems with student loans may file a complaint with the Colorado Student Loan Ombudsperson.

Requests for transcripts prior to the year of 1999 cannot be processed using this form. For seminarians who attended St. Thomas Theological Seminary, the DeAndreis-Rosati Memorial Archives is the current repository for records through 1995.
