The Programs of Study at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary consist of the following:

• The Spirituality Year, which is a year for discernment and grounding in faith.

• The Enculturation Program, which is a two- to three-year period of enculturation and spiritual development in a new cultural context.

• Pre-Theology, which prepares seminarians for theological work by a study of philosophy as well as language study and introductory courses in theology.

• Theology, which is a four-year program of study in those theological and pastoral disciplines required for ordination.
