Intensive “LADDER OF ASCENT: A Journey through the Catechism” class: June 18-29
This class is ideal for DREs, youth ministers, RCIA instructors, Deacons, Deacon-candidates, catechists, or anyone interested in learning more about the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC). This two-week class examines the whole content of Faith as it is contained in the CCC. (In two weeks’ time, this class covers the same curriculum at an accelerated pace and costs less than half of the same course that we offer over two full years.) The CCC is divided into four sections, or Pillars, upon which the Church’s teaching is based. The four Pillars are suggested in a description of the early Church found in the Acts of the Apostles 2:42: “And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.”  This class will run June 18 - 29 (Monday through Friday), 9:00a - 4:00p every day, and will be held in Room 121 in the St. John Paul II Center (1300 S Steele St, Denver).
